Despite Jito’s efforts, the team found that their solutions to reject sandwich bundles were no match for the constantly evolving tactics of MEV searchers. As a result, Jito Labs has decided to suspend the mempool functionality in order to prevent negative MEV from further hindering the Solana ecosystem.
