The RRCC in a Nutshell

As we’re looking forward to a pretty exciting Q4 we thought it about time to give you an insight into the actual vision of the RRCC. With a team of over 20 contributors and creators (so far) from 5 different continents, working on art, music, comics, writing, development, legal, and more, we want to show everyone what is possible when people work together.

We have spent over a year building up a foundation of creative ventures that will not only push forward the RRCC, but the IOTA and Shimmer ecosystems as a whole.

We are working 90% outside of the IOTA ecosystem, with brands, creators, and businesses, to put a stamp on the impact of decentralised technology on creative works around the world.

WHAT IS THE RUSTY ROBOT COUNTRY CLUB?

The RRCC is a 11,111 NFT collection that facilitates and supports a collaborative, creative community. Focusing on an inclusive message & positive vibe towards all things creative, the RRCC is a gateway into the Rusty eco-system, aiming to bring together a global collaborative to create the biggest creative brand on the planet.

At its core, RRCC NFTs provide holders access to the RRCC ecosystem that revolves around a number of creative ventures built to support widespread
creativity of the RRCC project and its community. The primary focal points for the project revolve around the RRCC NFTs, RRCC Comics, Rusty Robot Records, Rusty Apparel, and the $RUST token.

RRCC NFTs — the primary access and entry point to the RRCC ecosystem that support staking, exclusive bonuses and rewards, and entry to the RRCC and $RUST ecosystem.

RRCC Comics — partnership with global IP brand Cromy to publish & distribute NFT comics from the RRCC and other upcoming writers and artists.

Rusty Robot Records — publishing & music production company to release NFT music collections from the RRCC bands, as well as to support upcoming artists with community led music launches.

RRCC Apparel — premium quality merchandising for the RRCC and community artists involved throughout the RRCC ecosystem.

$RUST Token — the utility token that supports the continued access, engagement, and expansion of the Rusty Robot Country Club ecosystem.

HOW DID THE RRCC COME IN TO EXISTENCE?

The first ever collection launched in Feb 2022 with the sale of 1011 OG Rusty Robot Country Club NFTs. This is followed with the full collection
release of an additional 10100 NFTs on the Shimmer network. To create a full collection of 11,111 Rusty Robot Country Club NFTs.

No more original NFTs will ever be added to the collection, although derivatives, associated collections, and additional NFT releases will be made (in line with the growth and expansion of the project).

RRCC THE BRAND

Above all, RRCC is creating a brand & community focused business. A brand driven by its community, that encourages community collaboration, & that supports & rewards continued engagement within the RRCC ecosystem.

Our message is one of inclusion and participation. Its not all about being a badass, hyped up, degen, crypto bro. Its about being a part of a community collective that supports and welcomes anyone and everyone.

The Rusty vibe is about being chill and encouraging everyone to explore their own individuality. Supporting each other and the project to break new boundaries and to take an NFT project into realms that have never been explored before.

RRCC NFTs

The OG and main collection of RRCC NFTs provide holders entry and access to everything within the RRCC ecosystem. Holders gain the benefits of an exclusive members only section on the RRCC website that provides an entry point into every aspect of the Rusty ecosystem from news to rewards, events, releases, and more.

$RUST Token

$RUST token is the bot-tastic utility token for the Rusty Robot Country Club ecosystem! It’s an epic token that is your gateway to all things Rusty. The primary purpose of $RUST is to support and facilitate the accessibility of future RRCC releases and entry into the world of the Rusty Robot Country Club for anyone and everyone.

After the close of the Main NFT collection all future economic activity within the RRCC can only be redeemable through the use of the $RUST token.

$RUST Token has a strictly limited supply of 2,000,000,000 tokens with distribution solely through airdrop and community reward activities.

THERE WILL BE NO TOKEN SALE!

The $RUST release will be launched through NFT community exclusive airdrops and a fair liquidity event.

(The token will, in future, be available on the secondary market for trade and through liquidity and staking pools operating on dApps such as the ShimmerSea, TangleSwap. iotabee, etc.)

$RUST decentralises the economy surrounding the Rusty Robot Country Club and its future ecosystem, as well as providing a community token that can be used openly within the IOTA ecosystem. Providing opportunity for access and utility moving forward:

Access — $RUST will provide holders with access to exclusive opportunities, creative projects, products, games, events, features, and services.

Utility — Holders of $RUST may also stake the token, exchange it, and also use the token to conduct transactions within the IOTA eco-system.

RUSTY ROBOT RECORDS

In a first in the IOTA ecosystem, the RRCC project announced the Rusty Rejects — an NFT band that rewards RRCC holders with a portion of the royalties from their music. This is an epic advance for music in the NFT space, encouraging community participation and marketing to support the success of the project and the rewards holders will receive.

The announcement of the Rusty Rejects is but the first step in the path of Rusty Robot Records.

Rusty Robot Records is a recording and publishing branch of the RRCC that supports community rewarding NFT music releases across a number of genres, with the RRCC having artists signed up to release a number of EPs and collections in a number of genres such as Punk/Rock, EDM, Lo-Fi, SynthWave, Hip-Hop, Metal, and Pop — as well as remix artists ready to push the boundaries of releases into multiple electronic genres.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR RRCC NFT HOLDERS?

All the RRCC official artist releases will reward the community with royalty rewards over time. This means, if you hold an NFT over the reward period, you will get a cut of the royalties received by the RRCC artists.

LABEL EXPANSION

Independent Artists

The RRCC signed artists aside, we will also be supporting exclusive community supported music releases from independent, upcoming artists. These will be through community focused artist NFT releases that support a royalty reward split to Music NFT holders, with RRCC NFT holders gaining early access to all of these opportunities.

Royalty Rights Expansion

As an expanding project, we will also reinvest the returns of Rusty Robot Records by engaging with leading rights agencies to gain royalty rights to a number of mainstream artist releases. Expanding our royalty catalogue over time to ensure there is a continually expanding revenue stream coming into the ecosystem from the outside. The more the community pushes the artists we work with, the more rewards the community gains.

Incentivised Community Marketing

With royalty splits as a reward, the community engagement of Rusty Robot Records incentivises the community to further spread the RRCC message. The more plays a video gets on YouTube, the more royalties are returned. The more requests a radio station gets to play a track, the more royalties are returned. The community record label puts the success of the project in the community’s hands. We push towards the future, together.

RRCC COMICS

The first ever NFT comic release on IOTA was announced and airdropped to RRCC OG holders early 2022. A partnership between the veteran IP and brand distribution company Cromy and the RRCC, we pushed boundaries by introducing a new area of collectible experiences within the IOTA and wider NFT spaces.

The official RRCC Comic Series will only be accessible to NFT holders, with the first collection of 10 issues to be distributed through a collectible NFT sale purchasable only with $RUST token.

Future Comics

The expansion of the comic branch of the project will be coupled with further RRCC Graphic Novels, comic series, and exclusives, but also engaging upcoming writers and artists with NFT comic releases that push the boundaries of comic art and storytelling.

NFT-Linked Comics

Looking to expand the connection to the releases we will also be working toward IRL comic releases that are linked through embedded chips to NFTs. These double up the collectible experience and give holders an exclusive item that will be of value in and of itself.

RRCC APPAREL

The premiere OG merch sale launched in September 2022 exclusive to OG NFT holders with great success. Following on from the OG launch, future collections will be seasonally planned and released with exclusivity to community and NFT holders.

Limited edition merchandise will have strictly capped stock, sold over a specific timeframe. Sell-outs, or end of sale will remove each item from sale, and that will be the end of it. Each limited-edition merch collectible will be an individual piece of RRCC history.

MERCH EXPANSION

Music Merch

RRCC Apparel will also support Rusty Robot Records with limited and unlimited edition releases of artist and release specific merchandise. Giving the community an opportunity to further engage with artists and support their work.

Comic Merch

Comic releases will also be supported by regular limited-edition merchandise to continually support the artists and writers behind the creative branches of the RRCC project. Each exclusive item limited in quantity and timeframe.

Partnerships

The expanding brand reach of the RRCC Apparel lines will present us with countless opportunities to expand our partnerships into other areas of merchandising, from simple cross-project collaborations to more expansive brand partnerships and releases over time.

THE RRCC WEBSITE

The central hub and access point to all things RRCC, the website is the portal to all things within the RRCC ecosystem. It is the access point for holders to engage with the various branches of the project, as well as find exclusive news and updates. It is also the hub that supports all the current and future extended features within the $RUST and RRCC NFT ecosystems.

NFT Features

The members only section provides holders with clear access to exclusive and upcoming news, releases, and rewards. But additional tools for holders will be added over time to give the community everything you need to push the boundaries of our ecosystem above and beyond. From banner makers and gif makers to wallpapers and bots, we will be building out everything you need to get the RRCC name out there and share your love for everything Rusty.

$RUST Features

As the $RUST token expands its reach, staking and NFT staking reward systems are simply the beginning. Additional features will be regularly added to the RRCC website to support further utility to the $RUST token and additional utility for holders. From NFT Swaps and Smart Contract Escrow to Rusty Games and Community driven features, we will continue to explore and engage with the community on the features you want to see the most.
