Welcome Matthew Darnell to the IOTA Foundation

Matthew Darnell is very interested in the Internet-of-Things revolution. He has worked on several projects in the industry, and has been heavily involved in the crypto/Distributed Ledger Technology community since 2013. A big believer in the expanding role of DLTs in the financial and other sectors, he is very excited to work toward achieving a bright future for IOTA.

He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Louisville and has followed IOTA closely since 2015.

On joining IOTA

I am thrilled and humbled to have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology. I believe that IOTA represents a new paradigm in the DLT industry, and I look forward to contributing to the project.

Matthew has been a part of the IOTA community since its inception and is a true DLT veteran. As a solid developer with a good grasp of IOTA he will immediately expedite projects that is on the agenda of the IOTA Foundation. Give him a warm welcome!
