Bitfinex to Support The IOTA Network Upgrade

We’re pleased to announce the support of the upcoming IOTA network upgrade scheduled for 28/04/21.

Deposits and withdrawals of IOTA will be paused from 27/04/21 at 09:00 AM UTC. During the network upgrade, IOTA tokens stored on the Bitfinex platform will be migrated to the new network and our users do not need to take further action.

Once the upgrade is complete, deposits and withdrawals of IOTA will resume. We will update our users via our social media platforms.

The network upgrade to Chrysalis is the most extensive update in IOTA’s history, covering all aspects of their protocol, libraries, wallets and software implementations.
